We monitor our centres carefully to ensure that our standards of care are maintained.
We are registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies and comply with all statutory regulations and requirements. In fact, we aim to exceed the standards laid down for us where possible.
All our centres are registered with the Health Service Executive (HSE) and adhere to the latest pre-school regulations where possible.
We are a member of the National Children's Nurseries Association (NCNA).
The age groups we cater for
At Cocoon we have built our childcare options to facilitate your individual needs. We cater for Children aged 6 months to 5 years in all of our centres, in age-specific rooms. We provide after-school care at some of our centres for children aged 5 to 10 years.
We offer a sibling discount if you have more than one child in our care. Sibling discounts only apply to full time care options. (terms and conditions apply)
Cocoon Childcare are participating providers of the new government's scheme to provide free Pre-School year for children in the year before they start primary school. (ECCE Scheme)
Our business hours
In general our opening hours are from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
We close for bank holidays, Easter and the Christmas period.

Communicating with you
We operate a policy of open communication with parents.
We provide you with a highly detailed Daily Report Sheet for each child you have in our care.
