If you register on this website we will store your details for marketing purposes.  The information you give us will not be sold or distributed outside of Cocoon, its subsidiaries or agents.

When we receive your registration, we create a computer record in your name that contains much of the personal information you have supplied.  Such information held on computer is subject to the rights and obligations set out in the Data Protection Act, 1988 & 2003.  All details are kept in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 & 2003 (the “Acts”).  You are entitled to a copy of any information held by us about you in accordance with the Acts.   For more information please see our privacy policy .

We may use your details to let you know about promotions or services provided by Cocoon which we think may be of interest to you.  If you have indicated on the registration form that you wish to receive direct marketing material, we will include your personal details in a database compiled for direct marketing purposes.  From time to time, you may receive direct marketing material from us.

If you have indicated that you wish to receive direct marketing material or email updates from Cocoon, but subsequently change your mind, you should notify the Data Protection Officer c/o Administration Dept at  info@cocoonchildcare.ie and we will remove your name and details from the relevant database as soon as is reasonably practicable.

In relation to any personal data supplied in relation to minor children, please note that your consent as parent or legal guardian of that child or children to the use of that child or children’s personal data is required.

We will only retained data for as long as it is necessary for the primary purpose for which it was obtained.
