Under our policy of ethical decision-making we aim to enhance the welfare and interests of society as a whole, our environment and the communities in which we operate.

Our Policies
Here are some examples of our ethical and socially responsible bevahiour.

  • We are proud to keep the promises we make to our customers.

  • We offer equal opportunities for meeting the needs of children with special educational needs.
  • All paper we print on is reused by the children for arts and crafts. We recycle any other papers or cardboards.
  • We are happy to support numerous charities including: Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children; St Luke’s Hospital; Make a Wish Foundation; and Barnardos.
  • We give parents free consultations with our nutritionist through our website.
  • We take pride in supporting the community by using local businesses as suppliers.
  • We try to preserve our environment by teaching the children in our care all about the world and the environment, how to act responsibly, to not litter, to recycle and how to plant seeds and flowers.
  • We maintain open and honest relations with our customers by keeping them informed of all decisions and changes as they happen.
  • We provide exemplary educational delivery.
  • We provide health promotion and educational leaflets in all our facilities.
  • We maintain all our facilities to the highest standard in fitting with the aesthetics of the given area.
  • We support the local community by providing work placements for third-level students of local colleges.
  • We promote parenting and good parenting skills by offering tips and advice in the Parent Corner section of our website.
  • We look after our employees and the safety of the children in our care, by sending all staff on first-aid training and providing them with sufficient first-aid kits.
  • We provide jobs within the local community by advertising all jobs locally before nationally.

Our code of Ethics
